Return & Refund Policy

At Fora Nature, we take pride in providing premium preserved flowers, floral décor products, and gift boxes. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of preserved floral products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or unwanted items.

However, we will gladly assist if:

  • Your order arrives damaged during transit.

  • You receive an incorrect item.

  • Your order is defective or significantly different from the product ordered.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at hello@foranature.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following remedies:

  • Full refund

  • Partial refund

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective:

  • Preserved flowers and foliage

  • Custom-made floral arrangements

  • Personalized products

  • Gift boxes that have been opened or used

  • Clearance or sale items

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has entered production, packing, or shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a confirmed product defect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed by Fora Nature.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and trade account purchases are subject to separate terms and conditions. Please contact our team before placing large-volume orders if you require clarification regarding returns and refunds.
