ACCOUNT APPROVAL & REGISTRATION PROCESS
• Please allow 24 hours    for    your    account    to    be    approved.    You    must    ensure    that    the    
details    you    have    provided    on    registration    are    correct and complete. 
• If    more    information    is    needed,    you    will    be    contacted    via    email    and    this will 
delay    your    account    approval    process.    If    your    details    change    you    should    inform us 
immediately    via    email.    
• We    will    not be liable    for    any    issues    that    occur    as    a    result    of    outdated    information     
(e.g.    delivery    to    a    former    address).

Variations    in    size,    shape    and    colour    can    exist    between    floras    &        
foliage    of    the    same    and    different    batches,    or    from    season    to    season.    
All heights, weights and stem counts are indicative values and  
not a guarantee. 
All    our    product    images    have    been    uploaded    without    the    use    of    filters        
and    could    be    perceived    differently    depending    on    your    digital    screen.
Our    naturally    enhanced    flowers    and    foliage    could    have    cracks  
and other natural imperfections    that    are    not    considered    as    defects.
ORDERS
• Once    you    place    an    order    with    us,    it    will    be    processed    and    immediately sent through 
to    packing.    We    are    unable to offer    changes    to    your    order    once    it    has    been    placed.    
• If    we    are    unable    to    process    your    order    due    to    inaccurate    or    incomplete    payment    or    
address,    processing    may    be    delayed.
• Refunds are strictly permitted for damaged products only. You have up to 24 hours 
to    inform    of    any    discrepancies    with    image    proof    to    our    customer    service    team.        
• Due to our competitive price margins, we cannot cover return costs but will refund 
product value 
• Due    to    high    demand    and    quantities,    any stock discrepancies will be deducted from 
order and refunded before dispatch.
DELIVERY TIMES
• All    delivery    times    are    indicative and therefore not legally binding. 
• Delivery    times    will    also    vary    depending    on    our    busiest periods of the year (Mother’s 
day,    Valentine’s    Day,    Easter,    Christmas    and    more).    We    will    not be liable    if    your    
package fails to arrive on time and no complaints will be accepted. 
• Standard shipping times are between 2-3 working days.    International    delivery    may    
vary    in    price    and    lead    time.    -

initial    £30    flat    fee.    Upon    order    you    will    get    personalised    quote,    and    tax    deductions    
will    automatically    be    considered.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please familiarise yourself with the below points 
before continuing your application with Fora Nature.
NATURAL BY NAME, EXCLUSIVE BY NATURE.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
• Please    note,    you    must    be    available    to    receive    packages    in    person    upon arrival and 
report defective or wrong orders    on    the    delivery    note    and/or    send    clear    images    to    
our customer service team immediately.
• Therefore, we strongly advise    you    open    and    review    your    product(s)    prior to the 
driver leaving    your    premises.    Our    after-sale    services    are    not available on orders not 
reported    using    these    two    methods.
• After    receiving    information    on    a    problematic    order    via    delivery    note    or    email,    we    
will look into it as soon as possible. 
• we only offer refunds or replacements/exchanges for products reported within 24 
hours. A full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued once said 
products have been received and approved through phot evidence via email. Credit 
on your account could take up to 15 days to be processed.
