How we ship in the UK
We ship Monday to Thursday, excluding weekends and holidays. Our default shipping carrier is DPD. If you prefer other shipping carriers, please contact our customer service before you place an order with us. Shipping fees may vary depending on the carrier you choose and the shipping destination.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or address, your order processing may be delayed for an additional 3-5 business days.
Delivery options we provide
- Standard Regular (2-5 working days)
For all orders placed below £250, the delivery charges will be £9.99
- Standard Large – (2-5 working days)
For all orders placed over £250, the delivery charges will be £14.99
- Priority (Next Day) Delivery
If this option is selected and the order is placed before 10:00am from Monday to Thursday, the order will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next day. If an order is placed on Thursday after 2:00 pm, delivery will be after the weekend. Priority deliveries start from a minimum of £35.
- Saturday Delivery
To ensure you’re eligible for Saturday delivery, your order must be placed before 10am on the Friday prior. Shipping costs for Saturday delivery start at £18.99 and are likely to change depending on the destination. Although we offer these prices, on occasion weight, size or quantity can increase the delivery cost – in these cases the customer will be contacted beforehand to arrange.
Delivery costs for preserved trees may vary and you will receive a quote prior to the completion of your order,
All international orders are free of value added tax (VAT). Delivery costs for these international orders will amount to the difference between total VAT and shipping costs. If the VAT of your order exceeds the cost of shipping then you will be credited the difference.
International customers (outside of UK) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend you contact your country’s customs office or tax agent for any respective charges and rates on a package coming outside the country.
Our delivery windows are not guaranteed. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, then this could delay your delivery date – you will be informed if this is likely to happen.
For preserved trees, expect lead times of 4 to 8 weeks.
In some instances, international shipping to some countries can take up to 4-6 weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country’s customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees.
For all international deliveries, we provide DPD international shipping (6-10 business days). Fora Nature is NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it takes 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for DPD Guarantees. Please also note that we are not held responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance processes.
For all of our international customers, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which may include your tracking number and a link to your entire shipping journey.

The shipping costs will be need to paid in full before your order is dispatched. Please get in touch with us and receive a quote from us.
If the order gets misplaced or lost in transit, Fora Nature will not take responsibility of any goods lost.
Receiving the goods
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they provide us with the correct address and contact details. We cannot guarantee address changes due to our strict shipping schedule. Please double check all information before you place an order with us, as we will NOT be held responsible for any packages sent out to the wrong address. If your order has already been processed or has been shipped out, we will not be able to amend any details. Once the product is returned, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
Customers must be present to collect the order themselves. If you believe there to be damage to the order, it is imperative that you provide pictorial evidence immediately. If you are unable to provide proof of damage within 24 hours, then your claim will be nullified. You are encouraged to open the package in order to inspect the contents of the delivery before the driver leaves.
Please note: If the tracking app states that the package was delivered to the customer, Fora Nature will not be held responsible and will not offer any refunds or exchanges for any claims made by the customer.
Your account manager will be on hand to assist you with any delivery queries, this will include providing tracking information if DPD have not done so already.
