Wholesale Florist FAQs Answered
Are the roses fresh?
All of our roses are naturally preserved roses. Our preserved roses are made from fresh roses. With the help of advanced technology, we can dye roses into different colours, while maintaining their freshness of petals and fragance. Preserved rose is different from fresh rose in many aspects, for example, preserved rose lasts for years without any water and sun and doesn’t contain pollen.

Popular items may sell out quickly and temporarily are out of stock. We then place your order as a back order. This means that the items are currently out of stock but that there are shipments on their way to re-stock our warehouses. Once the product is back in stock, you will be treated as priority and the product will be shipped out to you in the first instance. We will try our best to give you an estimate to when you will receive your order. We strongly recommend all our customers place an order at least 15 business days before holiday seasons arrive. We always try our best to keep our online inventory data updated.
Once your items have been shipped out, you will be notified via email. You can track your order via a tracking number.
