Return & Cancellation
To provide you with the best possible service, you can return your order for replacement or refund.
Return and Exchange Policy:
We are pleased to offer return & exchange service on ONLY damaged or wrong products within five (5) days after you receive the order. We find that we have a low rate for exchange and return, and are proud of the service we provide to our customers. If the product you ordered has quality issues as promised at the time of purchase, we will be more than happy to offer a refund or an exchange. We are NOT responsible for the damage or loss caused by shipping and delivery.
We also ask you to send us an email of the damaged product image(s) BEFORE returning or exchanging your product. You must contact us at email@example.com within the five (5) days of receiving your order. After reviewing the case, we will contact you for further correspondence. All Fora Nature products must be shipped back in its original packaging. Once we receive the product, we will provide you a return label. The returned items will be inspected by our team to see if it is qualified for a return.
You are responsible for all the return or exchange shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you send your return with a tracking number as Fora Nature will not be responsible for any lost returns.
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to the payee after we have received and inspected the product (s). The refund process usually takes 3-5 business days to be completed.
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. However, if your order is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel your order.
