Returns & Cancellation

If you are unsatisfied with a product or service, please read the below information to advise you on your next step.

 
Damaged Products

Please report defective or wrong orders immediately after receiving them. We only offer refunds or replacements/exchanges for products reported within this period. Fora Nature is unable to take responsibility for damage caused during delivery, although we do our best to ensure this doesn’t happen.

Please contact us with evidence of the damaged products (good quality images with irregularities clearly visible) prior to attempting to return/exchange them. We will review this evidence within 3 working days, and if approved we will provide you with a return label for you to use on the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs, and we strongly advise you send using tracked delivery as we do not accept liability for products lost at this point. Once received, we will inspect in person and respond accordingly.

 
Missing Products

Fora Nature is unable to take responsibility for products lost during delivery. All products are sent using tracked delivery via DPD (unless requested otherwise prior to ordering), therefore you can follow your product’s journey to you. Note, multiple products made on one order may not arrive at the same time so please be patient.

 
Refunds

A full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued once said products have been received and approved. Credit on your account could take up to 15 days to be processed.

We will not accept any refunds or returns for any of our acrylic products as they may be scratched when returned by the customer and may not be in a resell-able condition. 

 
Cancellations

We allow for orders to be cancelled within one hour of purchase. However, once an order is on its way or has been delivered, we cannot offer this service.
